Is it a live recording?

No. The stories are pre-recorded then edited so there is plenty of time for pauses, thoughts, breaks etc…

How can I record from another community/city?

I live in Dawson so I do most recordings over zoom, the sound quality is usually great and you have the choice of having your camera on or off while sharing.

Can I change anything after recording?

I always send the guest a completed version of the recording after editing for their approval before it gets released, you are welcome to have anything removed at this time.

Do I have to be sober for a certain amount of time??

No. This podcast is looking for all ranges of sobriety dates/types. Everyone recovers differently and everyone is relatable to someone out there.
